At Our Core
CITCA is a BIPOC-led nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering historically under-resourced youth, families, and neurodivergent individuals. Our network consist of practitioners, clinicians, community members, leaders, philanthropist and local officials working in partnership to build connected community ecosystems that strengthen well-being, expand opportunity, and support long-term resilience.
