CITCA is a community organization dedicated to reducing poverty and mental illness in underserved communities. We do this through youth development, community advocacy, and workforce readiness, empowering 21st-century skills to create greater social and economic prosperity.

A journey of community resilience.

From homeless outreach in 2019 to a multi-program ecosystem serving hundreds of families today.

  • 2019Founded; launched homeless outreach initiatives, supporting 35+ unsheltered individuals.
  • 2020Wellness Online Campaign during the pandemic.
  • 2021Launched CITCA Live podcast and the ECSEL program.
  • 2022Collaborated with MONSE and juvenile justice programs.
  • 2023Secured first grants and amplified the ECSEL program.
  • 2024–2025Workforce development and youth digital podcast initiative.
