Who can apply for a CITCA Work apprenticeship?+
Young adults and adults 18+ ready to commit to a 12-month paid apprenticeship. Baltimore-area applicants prioritized.
How much does the apprenticeship pay?+
Apprentices earn $31,000 per year while gaining BuildWithin certification and hands-on experience.
Are CITCA programs free?+
Most programs — including ECSEL, Wellness Wednesdays, and Family advocacy — are free to participants. CITCA Work is a paid apprenticeship.
Do you accept high school volunteers?+
Yes — youth volunteers play a key role in CITCA Serve and youth-led initiatives.
